From Sir Alec Ferguson for continuing his 15 year campaign of undermining England's World cup campaign by playing Wayne Rooney until he was dead on his feet - forcing him through injuries,even though Ferguson failed to win a 4 th League title it was the forth time he had managed to undermine England's preparation
